Visitor Notification
Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes requires notification for a guest planning to stay in your home for more than 30 days.
Going out of Town?
Complete a Home Watch From. Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes must be notified if you plan to be away from your home for more than one month, in order to ensure the home is maintained properly and find water leaks or other maintenance issues that may impact your apartment and the apartments around you. Your whereabouts are kept private and confidential. Notification allows us to better serve you during this experience and to care for your home.
Issue of Concern
Do you have a complaint about a neighbor? Is there a neighborhood / neighbor dispute? Please submit an "Issues of Concern," so that it may be properly addressed by your community management staff. You must complete this form entirely and return it to your center. If you need assistance, please visit your community center.
