No pets of any kind are allowed on the Timbers premises. This includes and is not limited to fish, dogs, cats, ferrets, snakes, domestic animals or any animal that would need attention or care.
Yes, contact us at thetimbers@fdmch.com to be added to the Timbers Interest List and when we send you the application you will have the option to place yourself on 'Deployment Hold.' When you're approaching your redeployment date, you can contact us and we'll work with you to let you know what you're status is.
No. When apartments are available and a soldier is signing a lease, they will be required to pay a prorated rent for the amount of days remaining in that month. An allotment for the rental payment will be set up following the signing of the lease.
The current rental rates are as follows:
One bedroom Year Lease $950
One bedroom Month to Month $1000
Two bedroom Year Lease $1050
Two bedroom Month to Month $1125
Your rental rate covers your ENERGY STAR apartment, ready for you with black ENERGY STAR appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and electric range & oven - also full size stacked washer & dryer. The services you will be provided are water, sewer, trash & snow removal, landscaping, 24-hour emergency maintenance response and the assistance of on-site property management. We’ve also got you covered for your Renter’s Insurance. Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and due to special rates and ENERGY STAR certification are estimated to be substantially lower than market rentals outside the gate. As a Timbers resident you’re also exclusive to a Time Warner (cable, internet, telephone) discount of 25% off your bill and FREE installation.

No, currently we are leasing for our second building and pre-leasing through the end of May for people who are PCSing or redeploying. Apartments are given in order of first come first served.
Yes. We are currently moving Soldiers into our second building and pre-leasing through the end of May for our final buildings. If interested, please fill out an application on our Arriving Residents page. In addition to your application, we need copies of our ID, LES, ERB/ORB and Orders to Fort Drum.
