Introducing an Easy Way to Give Us Your Feedback

Our goal is to provide you with the best place you’ve ever lived, which includes your home and all of the services we provide. Starting from applying for your new home at the Welcome Home Center to when you begin the process of leaving Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, the most important way for us to tell how we’re doing is by getting your input. In an effort to continually improve the way we serve you, our Residents, we have introduced a new, online, survey system. Insite is a third-party survey, provided by Satisfacts, that will allow you to provide important information about us. We want to know about the quality of service, your experience with the staff, and anything else you feel we need to hear. The results we receive from Insite will allow us to make improvements that you feel are important. We ask that you take a few moments, fill out this survey, and provide us with your feedback.

 

You may receive a card or email at various times with information on how to participate in an online survey. Some of these times will include a service order being completed at your home and when you prepare to leave Fort Drum. Surveys take only a few minutes and are voluntary. Your feedback will help us to provide you with continued superior service, so please feel free to share any comments you desire.

If you have updated contacted information call your Community Center and let them know. Its difficult to get your feedback if we don’t have your current email address or phone number.

Simply click the 'Insite' link at the bottom of any page and give us your feedback.
